Payments

• All payments are due the 1st day of each month. Any payment not received by the end of the 6th will have a a $10.00 late fee added. If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, the student will be suspended from class until payment and late fees are made currrent. Payments should be given to your coach at the beginning of class.
• We accept checks, cash as payment as well as credit/debit cards via Paypal. 
• Cash payments should be placed in an envelope with the student's name written on the envelope.
• Checks must be made out to Champion Cheer Academy and include the student's name in the memo line of the check. All returned checks will be subject to a $25 return check fee.

Registration Fee
There is a $15 registration fee per student enrolled into the program due at the time of registration.

Withdrawals
If you choose to withdraw your child, we ask that you fill out a withdrawal form by the 15th of the month or email us with the Subject WITHDRAWAL at info.ccachamp@gmail.com . Forms can be obtained from the front lobby.

Make-up Classes
Our make-up policy is the same as a school. If your child is absent in school, there is no make-up day. We do not offer make-up classes unless the absence was our fault, at which point, we will re-schedule the class on a day and time that best suits the majority of the class.

Practice Attire

• SHOES: All students are expected to have a pair of good athletic shoes for practice. Anyone coming to practice without the proper shoes may be asked to sit out. Appropriate shoes are a safety issue in cheerleading and we ask that you help us by making sure your student ALWAYS has the correct shoes at practice.
• SHORTS: All students must wear shorts that are approriate in length (not too long and not too short). Shorts should be above the knees so they don't get in the way but must be long enough to completely cover the backside. It is HIGHLY recommended that all students wear "spankies" under their shorts to practice.
• TOPS: Tops MUST completely cover the stomach and breast area. No sports bras are allowed as the only thing covering your top.
• OTHER: Hair needs to be pulled back. No jewelry or sharp objects of any kind are allowed in hair or on clothing.
• ALL-STAR MEMBERS WILL BE EXPECTED TO WEAR THEIR REQUIRED PRACTICE WEAR TO ALL PRACTICES.

Food/Drinks
Absolutely NO food or drinks are allowed on the practice floor. Drinks and snacks must be kept and eaten in the front lobby area. 

Cell Phones
Cell phones are not allowed in the practice area ANY TIME during class. We discourage them being brought to the gym at all but if they are, they must be kept in the lobby or in a gym bag (out of site) during the entire practice.

Late Arrivals
It is mandatory that all our students participate in the warm-up during the first 10 minutes of class. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will be required to warm up for 10 minutes on your own and will not be allowed to participate until doing so. There will be no make-up classes for being late. Out of respect for the other participants in your class, please be on time.

Vistor/Spectator Policy
Practices and classes are closed to spectators except the first week of every month. It is our experience that children learn better without family members "coaching" from the sidelines. We invite you to view your child's class the first full week of every month. We will set up a limited amount of chairs in the practice areas where you are able to sit. No spectators are allowed on the practice floor for any reason.

Questions
Any questions to the staff need to be asked either before or after class. If your question is something that will tie the coach up for more than 5 minutes, please schedule a time that you can meet with him/her outside of class time either in person or via phone/email. Please DO NOT come out on the practice floor and disrupt the class. Remember, your child is not the only child being taught. Your cooperation with this matter is very much appreciated.
